Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic business development plans to meet and exceed revenue targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the tech and SaaS industry.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients to foster loyalty and long-term collaboration.
- Conduct market research to understand trends, competitive landscapes, and client needs, translating insights into actionable strategies.
- Collaborate with product teams to tailor software solutions to client requirements, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
- Create and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to secure new business deals.
- Negotiate contracts, ensuring mutually beneficial terms for the company and clients.
- Monitor and report on business development metrics, including lead generation, conversion rates, and sales performance.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements, leveraging them to refine strategies and expand market reach.
- Act as a brand ambassador at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to enhance the company’s visibility.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is an advantage.
- Proven experience (4+ years) in business development, sales, or a related role in the tech or SaaS industry.
- Strong understanding of software solutions employee portal framework. (Selected candidate will be trained)
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to analyze market trends and data to drive decisions.
- Proficiency in CRM software and business development tools.
