Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to lead the growth initiatives for Syncra, our all-in-one employee portal solution. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, forming strategic partnerships, and driving revenue growth.

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic business development plans to meet and exceed revenue targets.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the tech and SaaS industry.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients to foster loyalty and long-term collaboration.
  • Conduct market research to understand trends, competitive landscapes, and client needs, translating insights into actionable strategies.
  • Collaborate with product teams to tailor software solutions to client requirements, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
  • Create and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to secure new business deals.
  • Negotiate contracts, ensuring mutually beneficial terms for the company and clients.
  • Monitor and report on business development metrics, including lead generation, conversion rates, and sales performance.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements, leveraging them to refine strategies and expand market reach.
  • Act as a brand ambassador at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to enhance the company’s visibility.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is an advantage.
  • Proven experience (4+ years) in business development, sales, or a related role in the tech or SaaS industry.
  • Strong understanding of software solutions employee portal framework. (Selected candidate will be trained)
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and data to drive decisions.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and business development tools.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for innovation.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • A track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Knowledge of employee engagement and HR processes.
  • Experience in scaling software products within competitive markets
