Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Business Development Manager at MacTay. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, developing growth strategies, and collaborating with internal teams to drive business development initiatives. The location for this is Lekki Phase 1, Lagos.
Qualifications
- Sales, Marketing, and Business Development skills
- Minimum of 5 years selling services
- Client Relationship Management and Negotiation skills
- Strategic Planning and Growth Strategy Development skills
- Excellent Communication and Presentation skills
- Experience in the HR or Consulting industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
