Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager at MAGDALA FOUNDATION in Ikeja. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing and implementing growth strategies, building and maintaining client relationships, and negotiating contracts. The role will also involve market research, creating business proposals, and collaborating with internal teams.
Qualifications
- Business Development, Sales, and Negotiation skills
- Experience in market research and developing growth strategies
- Client Relationship Management and Contract Negotiation skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of the non-profit sector is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
