Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective business development strategies to expand the client base and increase sales across all service categories (tour, hospitality, visa processing, and admissions).
  • Identify, target, and establish relationships with potential clients and partners. 
  • Utilize networking, cold calling, and other lead-generation strategies to bring in new clients.
  • Work closely with the leadership team to develop sales targets and ensure the company meets its revenue goals.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of the market.
  • Provide strategic recommendations based on market analysis.
  • Maintain and build strong, lasting relationships with clients to ensure high retention rates and repeat business.
  • Coordinate with the marketing, operations, and customer service teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Regularly report on business development activities, sales metrics, and performance to senior management.


Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years in business development, sales, or a related field, ideally in the travel, hospitality, or service industries.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong leadership abilities and team management skills.
  • Proven track record in driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets.
  • In-depth knowledge of the Nigerian market and its dynamics.
  • Ability to build strong relationships and work collaboratively across departments.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
  • Must be based in or willing to relocate to Abuja.
