Business Development Manager (Crypto)

As the Business Development Manager, youâll be at the heart of our clientâs growth strategy. You will lead efforts to develop a robust network of trusted crypto sellers and buyers, ensuring consistent, high-volume trade execution and competitive USDT rates. Managing trades exceeding $3 million daily, youâll play a critical role in achieving market edge and liquidity targets while advancing our clientâs P2P platform growth.

Your Responsibilitiesâ¦

• Network Expansion: You will build and maintain a strong network of crypto sellers and buyers, enabling high-value USDT trades.
• Trade Execution: You will execute daily trades over $3 million, securing competitive rates and optimizing both buy and sell-side relationships.
• Market Insight: You will analyze crypto market trends to identify potential opportunities and risks, adapting strategies to maintain trading advantages.
• Relationship Management: You will establish and nurture long-term relationships with sellers and buyers to ensure reliability, liquidity, and a steady trading flow.
• Platform Development: You will enhance our clientâs P2P platform liquidity by onboarding and managing key buyers and sellers.
• Reporting & Analytics: You will provide regular insights on trade performance, market conditions, and buyer-seller dynamics to senior management.
