Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager to help us in our next growth phase. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for new business development, business communication, and account management. The role will involve actively seeking new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
This role is specifically intended for current Corp Members serving in Lagos State.
What You'll Do
- Prospecting: Identify, secure, and develop new clients
- Build and maintain new strategic partnerships and business opportunities with stakeholders and customers
- Think up innovative business opportunities and bring them to life
- Prepare and deliver pitches and presentations to potential new partners
- Attend networking activities for research purposes and to build new and potentially advantageous connections with top players in the industry
- Keep up with trends to recognize new expansion opportunities and outline growth methodologies for the organization
- Onboard and convert users using our in-house growth framework
Person Specification
- 1-2 years of relevant experience in business development
- Proven experience with sales and marketing
- Google Suite knowledge (Google Sheets, Docs, Slides)
- Experience with calling customers - comfortable speaking on the phone
- Excellent verbal and written communication
