Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute business development strategies to meet revenue and growth targets.

  • Identify, research, and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, industry partners, and stakeholders.

  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify potential areas for expansion.

  • Lead contract negotiations and work closely with legal and finance teams to close deals.

  • Develop sales presentations, proposals, and client-facing materials to support business pitches.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, finance, and operations, to ensure alignment on business objectives.

  • Create and monitor performance metrics and generate reports to evaluate the success of development initiatives.

  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions to build brand awareness.

  • Provide ongoing analysis and reporting on business development activities to senior management.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; 

  • Proven experience (3+ years) in business development, sales, or a related role.

  • Demonstrable success in driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets.

  • Strong understanding of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscape.
