Responsibilities:
- Research and identify new potential clients and market opportunities.
- Develop strategies to approach new business verticals or geographic markets.
- Monitor industry trends and competitive landscape to identify areas of growth.
- Establish and maintain strong, long-term relationships with new and existing clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, responding to inquiries and resolving issues.
- Attend industry events, networking functions, and meetings to build connections.
- Collaborate with senior management and cross-functional teams to develop and implement business development strategies.
- Create proposals, presentations, and business plans tailored to specific client needs.
- Analyze market conditions and customer feedback to improve business development strategies.
- Drive the sales process, from prospecting to closing deals.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure profitable business deals.
- Achieve or exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
- Conduct market research to understand client needs, market trends, and the competitive landscape.
- Provide insights to the team on market dynamics and customer behavior.
- Regularly report on business development activities, challenges, and opportunities.
- Work closely with marketing, sales, and product teams to ensure alignment in business development efforts.
- Coordinate with other departments for product development, service delivery, and client support.
- Oversee the successful implementation of new business projects.
- Monitor project progress and address client needs and expectations.
- Ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field (Master's preferred).
- Proven experience (3-5 years) in business development, sales, or a related role.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to understand market dynamics and develop strategic business plans.
- Experience in managing client relationships and closing deals.
- Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and highly organized.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Preferably female
