Job Description/Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Partnerships: Identify, develop, and manage relationships with healthcare providers, insurers, and other stakeholders to grow our ecosystem.
- Market Expansion: Drive adoption of HealthBubba’s platform in new markets, focusing on telemedicine and digital health solutions.
- Revenue Growth: Develop and implement strategies to increase customer acquisition, retention, and revenue.
- Sales Enablement: Lead outreach efforts, pitch HealthBubba’s solutions to potential partners, and close deals.
- Market Insights: Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in the health tech space.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product, marketing, and operations teams to align business development strategies with company goals.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience: 3-5 years in business development, sales, or a related role, preferably in healthcare, health tech, or a startup environment.
- Skills: Proven ability to identify opportunities, negotiate deals, and build lasting partnerships. Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
- Passion: A genuine interest in healthcare innovation and improving accessibility for undeserved communities.
