Responsibilities
- Sales Growth: Drive sales growth by implementing and refining sales processes and developing sales channels.
- Market Assessment: Conduct market scoping and assessment to identify new opportunities and develop tailored strategies.
- [Customer Recruitment: Lead B2C and B2B customer recruitment efforts, targeting both individuals and businesses.
- Stakeholder Communication: Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure clear communication and alignment of objectives.
- Budget Management: Oversee costs, budget, and expense management to ensure optimal resource utilization.
- Brand Support: Assist with brand marketing and social media activities to increase brand visibility and engagement.
- Product Innovation: Define product offerings and innovations to meet market needs.
- Governance & Quality Assurance: Contribute to the governance structure and implement quality assurance measures to ensure program success.
- Global Trends & Competitor Analysis: Research and apply global education technology trends, competitor analysis, and explore new customer groups and revenue streams.
- Ad-hoc Duties: Perform additional responsibilities as needed to support business growth and development.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline; additional sales or relevant certifications preferred.
- 8+ years of general work experience.
- 4+ years of core sales or business development experience.
- 2+ years of experience in the technology or related sector.
- Demonstrated success in generating leads and managing full sales cycles (B2B or B2C).
- Fair knowledge of human resources management processes and managing training programs.
- Tech-savvy with strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.).
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Proven track record in building relationships and securing new business.
- Ability to work under pressure and deliver quality results.
- Well-networked in the local ICT ecosystem and established contacts at corporates and government institutions.
- - In tune with future-focused technologies such as AI, blockchain, cybersecurity, data analytics, digital marketing, Web3, etc.
