Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to identified business opportunities
  • Take ownership of sales responsibility and accountability for delivering new business.
  • Implementing sales strategy, ensuring its successful implement


Requirements: 

  • Minimum of 5 years experience selling health and compensation insurance packages
  • Experience in Business Development, preferably in insurance or banking.
  • ⁠Proven record of driving new business and managing cross-selling opportunities.
  • Experience in overseeing pipeline management and sales forecasting.
  • Experienced in high client retention and timely renewals.
  • Strong client management and communication skills.
