We are recruiting on behalf of our client, a well-established medical service company is seeking to recruit for the position of Business Development Manager. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving growth, expanding market presence, and securing new business opportunities within the health, safety, and risk management services sector. This role combines strategic planning, client relationship management, and sales expertise to position the company as an industry leader. To be successful in this role, requires a proactive approach to identifying market opportunities, fostering strong client relationships, and delivering innovative health, safety, and risk management solutions tailored to client needs

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Develop key client target lists to drive revenue and achieve growth in health, safety, and risk management services.
- Promote and introduce innovative health, safety, and risk management solutions.
- Assess client needs and recommend tailored health and safety services that align with regulatory standards and best practices.
- Monitor and report performance against agreed sales and business development targets.
- Collaborate with technical teams to adapt services and solutions to meet specific client requirements.
- Identify and exploit new business opportunities in the health, safety, and risk management sectors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, industry associations, and regulatory bodies.
- Conduct market research and analyze trends to inform strategic planning and identify areas for growth.
- Prepare detailed proposals, presentations, and reports to secure contracts and update stakeholders on progress.
- Other responsibilities may be assigned by the organization to support business goals.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in health sector, risk management, or a related field
- Master’s degree is a plus.
- A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in health, safety, or risk management roles with a focus on business development.
- Proven track record in sales within the health, safety and/or risk management industry.
