Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results driven Business Development Manager to drive growth and expand our real estate portfolio. The ideal candidate will develop and execute strategies to generate new business build relationships with clients and enhance the company's market presence.

  • Minimum Qualification : HND
  • Experience Level : Mid level
  • Experience Length : 3 years

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to achieve business objectives
  • Comprehensive project concepts note for each of our estates, converting finance, deliverables, Goals, Processes, sales plans, and output.
  • Collaborate with marketing terms to design campaigns that generated high-quality leads and increase brand visibility
  • Organizing monthly training for realtors' community
  • Negotiate pricing terms and conditions to close deals
  • To onboard a minimum of 5 realtors per month
  • To onboard a minimum of 3 brokerage firms per month
  • Developed a strategy with the team to work on the company’s social media branding and advertising.
  • Analyze market trends and adjust strategies accordingly
  • Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
  • Train and develop marketing staff, fostering a positive team environment and resolving conflict
  • Ensure adherence to companies, policies, procedures, and regulations.
  • Any other duties as may be assigned


Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of experience
  • Minimum of HND in any course of study
