Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to achieve business objectives
- Comprehensive project concepts note for each of our estates, converting finance, deliverables, Goals, Processes, sales plans, and output.
- Collaborate with marketing terms to design campaigns that generated high-quality leads and increase brand visibility
- Organizing monthly training for realtors' community
- Negotiate pricing terms and conditions to close deals
- To onboard a minimum of 5 realtors per month
- To onboard a minimum of 3 brokerage firms per month
- Developed a strategy with the team to work on the company’s social media branding and advertising.
- Analyze market trends and adjust strategies accordingly
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
- Train and develop marketing staff, fostering a positive team environment and resolving conflict
- Ensure adherence to companies, policies, procedures, and regulations.
- Any other duties as may be assigned
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience
- Minimum of HND in any course of study
