KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, partnerships, and markets in the fin-tech sector.
- Foster and maintain relationships with existing clients and potential leads.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to meet company growth targets and objectives.
- Conduct in-depth market research to stay ahead of industry trends, identifying new areas for expansion.
- Collaborate with internal teams including marketing, finance, and product development to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Lead the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals, with a focus on sustainable growth.
- Prepare and deliver proposals, reports, and presentations to management and clients.
- Track, analyze, and report on business development performance metrics to inform decision-making.
REQUIREMENTS
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role within the fin-tech or financial services industry.
- Strong understanding of financial markets, fin-tech trends, and business strategies.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate market data into actionable insights.
- Proficiency in CRM software and tools like Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
- A bachelor's degree in business, finance, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
