The Business Development Manager (BDM) is responsible for driving sales, increasing revenue, and expanding ACL’s market presence in both business support services and interior design solutions. The ideal candidate will proactively seek out new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and collaborate with the CEO to align sales strategies with organizational goals.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Identify and target potential clients in the start-up, SME, and individual sectors.
- Pitch ACL’s services to prospective clients and close deals for business support and interior design services.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitors.
- Develop tailored solutions that address the specific needs of clients.
- Provide feedback to the CEO on market demands to shape service offerings.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns and other channels.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by acting as the primary point of contact.
- Track and report on sales performance and pipeline development.
- Present monthly and quarterly sales performance updates to the CEO.
- Collaborate with the CEO to refine sales strategies and goals.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
- 2-3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong understanding of the Nigerian and global market, particularly in business support or interior design.
- Ability to work independently and remotely with minimal supervision.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
