Responsibilities

• Design and develop mechanical systems and components for construction projects
• Conduct feasibility studies and analyze project requirements to determine mechanical specifications
• Collaborate with project managers and other engineering teams to develop project timelines and execution plans
• Oversee the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of mechanical systems and equipment
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and best practices throughout all engineering processes
• Manage and coordinate with contractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services
• Prepare technical documents, reports, and presentations to communicate project progress and engineering outcomes
  
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in mechanical engineering, preferably within the construction industry
• Proficiency in CAD software and other engineering design tools
• Strong understanding of mechanical systems, materials science, and engineering principles
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams
