We are looking for a Business Development Manager who will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business development, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a proven track record of success.

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand our customer base.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Negotiate and close deals, ensuring that all business development activities are aligned with company goals and objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure alignment and effective communication
  • Prepare and submit business development reports, forecasts, and other performance metrics to management.


Requirements:

  • OND or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, accounting, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field, preferably in the medical device industry.
  • Strong knowledge of business development principles, practices, and techniques.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
  • Valid driver's license and at least 2 years of driving experience, with a clean driving record.


Remuneration: NGN 170,000 -200,000
