Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a strategic plan to penetrate the corporate cleaning market in Lagos.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities with corporate offices, commercial buildings, and facilities management companies.
  • Create customized proposals and presentations to meet the specific needs of corporate clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with facility managers, procurement officers, and other key decision-makers.
  • Conduct client meetings to understand their cleaning needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure long-term business relationships.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor offerings, and client needs to refine strategies and identify gaps in the market.
  • Monitor industry developments and adjust business strategies accordingly.
  • Work closely with the operations team to ensure seamless service delivery and high client satisfaction.
  • Provide feedback from clients to improve service quality and address any operational challenges.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets for corporate cleaning services.
  • Prepare regular sales reports, including forecasts, client feedback, and progress against targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, contracts, and sales activities in the company’s CRM system.

 

Requirements:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition, preferably in cleaning services, facilities management, or a related industry.
  • Demonstrated success in securing and managing corporate clients.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Excellent networking and relationship-building abilities.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, Microsoft Office Suite, and data analysis.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • High level of professionalism and attention to detail.
