Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Manager to drive our growth initiatives. In this role, you will conduct market research, analyze customer needs, and develop strategies that align with our business objectives. Your expertise will be essential in identifying opportunities, building partnerships, and optimizing our product offerings.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape within the lactation and breastfeeding industry.
- Analyze customer needs and preferences to inform product development and marketing strategies tailored for breastfeeding mothers.
- Develop and implement comprehensive business plans to drive growth and expansion of The Milk Booster’s product line.
- Identify and pursue strategic partnerships with suppliers, distributors, and other industry players that align with our mission.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to develop new products and product lines that meet market demands.
- Ensure alignment with market trends, customer preferences, and business objectives.
- Develop and execute effective sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue growth.
- Manage sales teams and distribution channels to ensure effective product promotion and delivery.
- Oversee budgets, financial reports, and forecasts to ensure business profitability.
- Identify areas for cost optimization and process improvement.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and internal teams.
- Build and maintain strong relationships to enhance business growth and reputation.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably in the health and wellness or lactation sector.
- ⁠Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret market data.
- ⁠Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
- Proficiency in financial analysis and budget management.
