Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
Client Acquisition:
- Identify and connect with potential clients using LinkedIn, cold emails, and cold calls.
- Target industries such as logistics, retail, healthcare, real estate, IT, finance, FMCG, and insurance.
- Craft and deliver personalized pitches aligned with client needs.
Performance and Target Management:
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly performance-based targets tied to acquiring new clients and maintaining relationships with existing clients.
- Regularly report on progress and results to ensure alignment with goals.
- Achieve targets for client acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.
- Act as the main point of contact for client inquiries and ensure satisfaction.
Market Research and Strategy:
- Stay updated on recruitment trends and target industry needs.
- Devise strategies to penetrate high-potential markets effectively.
Organizational Tools:
- Use Google Sheets to track leads, client interactions, and outreach efforts.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all activities.
Team Collaboration:
- Work closely with the recruitment team to ensure successful client placements.
- Share feedback and insights to enhance service quality.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in the recruitment industry.
- Proficiency in LinkedIn prospecting, cold emailing, and cold calling.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet performance-based targets.
- Goal-oriented, proactive, and target-driven mindset.
- Familiarity with Google Sheets or similar tools for tracking and reporting.

Compensation Structure:
- Remuneration: NGN 100,000.00
- Performance-Based Bonuses: Bonuses are tied to the number of new clients acquired and maintaining strong relationships with old clients.
- Quality Bonuses: Additional incentives for meeting or exceeding quality targets.
