Responsibilities:
Market Strategy Development:
- Conduct market research to identify target demographics, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for the SaaS financial application.
- Identify and prioritize key markets for product launch and expansion.
Partnership and Relationship Management:
- Build and nurture relationships with financial institutions, fintech organizations, and key industry stakeholders.
- Establish strategic partnerships to drive user acquisition and enhance product credibility.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to create co-branded initiatives and joint ventures.
Sales and User Acquisition:
- Develop and implement sales plans to achieve user acquisition and revenue targets.
- Identify potential clients, engage in outreach efforts, and present product demonstrations.
- Negotiate and close business agreements, ensuring alignment with company goals.
Product Feedback and Collaboration:
- Gather and analyze user feedback to identify areas for product improvement.
- Work closely with the product and engineering teams to refine features and user experience.
- Provide market insights to inform product roadmap and innovation.
Performance Monitoring and Reporting:
- Track key performance metrics, analyze business development outcomes, and prepare regular reports.
- Adjust strategies based on data-driven insights and market responses.
- Provide regular updates to senior management on business development progress.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Proven experience in business development, preferably in the fintech or SaaS sectors.
- Strong understanding of financial applications and digital financial solutions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in CRM software, market research tools, and data analysis.
- Experience in launching or scaling SaaS products.
- Knowledge of financial systems and emerging markets.
- Familiarity with regulatory frameworks for digital financial services
