Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a business development strategy to expand ATM sales and services.
- Identify potential clients and new market opportunities for ATM solutions, including financial institutions, retail, and independent ATM deployers.
- Conduct market research and analysis to stay updated on industry trends, competitive activities, and customer needs.
- Build and manage a robust sales pipeline to achieve or exceed revenue and profit targets.
- Develop and present customized ATM sales proposals to clients, addressing their specific needs.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to close deals successfully.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to drive repeat business and customer loyalty.
- Serve as the main point of contact for client inquiries, ensuring prompt and satisfactory resolution of issues.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the seamless delivery and installation of ATM solutions.
- Stay updated on the latest advancements in ATM hardware, software, and related services.
- Educate clients on the features and benefits of ATM solutions, demonstrating their value to their business operations.
- Work closely with technical teams to ensure that proposed solutions meet client requirements.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback to senior management.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to sales, client engagement, and market penetration.
Requirements:
- Strong understanding of ATM solutions, including hardware, software, and managed services.
- Proven ability to develop sales strategies and close high-value deals.
- Knowledge of the financial sector, including trends in banking technology and customer behaviour.
- Excellent interpersonal skills for building and maintaining client relationships.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective presentations and negotiations.
- Ability to analyze market data, sales performance, and client needs to identify opportunities.
- Skilled in managing complex sales cycles and client deliverables.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
- 5+ years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in the financial technology or ATM industry.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., ZOHO CRM).
- Knowledge of ATM compliance standards and regulations is advantageous.
