Job Summary

We are looking for a results-driven Business Development Manager to lead our sales efforts in the real estate industry. The successful candidate will identify new business opportunities, build relationships with clients, and drive sales revenue.

  • Experience Length : 4 years

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Generate leads and convert them into sales.
  • Network with industry professionals, investors, and potential clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, legal, etc.)
  • Track sales performance and report to management.
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement strategic business plans to expand the company’s market presence and revenue stream
  • Analyze market trends, competitors’ activities, and industry developments to inform business strategies
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the safety and security sectors
  • Prepare and present business proposals, financial models, and market analyses to Senior management
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of new business initiatives


Requirements: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related Field.
  • A Specialized certification in Business Development or Real Estate Management is a plus
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in business development/sales within the real estate industry.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and team members
  • Strong analytical and financial modeling skills
  • Comprehensive understanding of the industry
