Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Generate leads and convert them into sales.
- Network with industry professionals, investors, and potential clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, legal, etc.)
- Track sales performance and report to management.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement strategic business plans to expand the company’s market presence and revenue stream
- Analyze market trends, competitors’ activities, and industry developments to inform business strategies
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the safety and security sectors
- Prepare and present business proposals, financial models, and market analyses to Senior management
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of new business initiatives
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related Field.
- A Specialized certification in Business Development or Real Estate Management is a plus
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in business development/sales within the real estate industry.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and team members
- Strong analytical and financial modeling skills
- Comprehensive understanding of the industry
