- Develop and execute strategies to attract and retain high-net-worth individuals (HNIs) and corporate clients.

- Work closely with internal teams to provide tailored financial solutions to clients.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Banking, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in banking, particularly in business development, sales, or deposit mobilization.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding financial targets.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
