Job Summary
The incumbent's primary responsibility is to develop and implement new marketing initiatives, meet and surpass assigned budgets, assess new markets, and evaluate business opportunities. Plan and direct all aspects of business development strategies, policies, objectives, in line with organizational policies.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Build strong and trusted relationships with new key contacts to support effective stakeholder and client engagement to increase lead generation and referrals.
- Provide input to the development/review of commercial terms with new/existing clients to maximize revenue potential for the organization.
- Develop and implement effective strategies for managing relationships to understand stakeholder's and client needs and ensure client retention.
- Identify opportunities to develop further and enhance relationships between key client contacts and the organization.
- Engage in events, meetings, calls, and other relevant activities to develop relationships with prospective stakeholders and clients to create leads.
- Deliver presentations to support the client acquisition process.
Requirements:
- Proven track record as a business development officer
- Minimum of 3 years of working experience in the same or similar field role
- HND/BSc. in a relevant course of study.
