Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve sales targets.
- Identify, prospect, and convert new clients, increasing market share.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring customer retention.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Product, and Operations) to enhance product offerings.
- Conduct market research, analyzing industry trends and competitor activity.
- Develop and deliver presentations, proposals, and pitches to clients and partners.
- Negotiate and close deals, ensuring profitable partnerships.
- Manage and report sales performance, tracking key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Provide product training and support to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing, preferably in Banking or similar financial services.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure, meeting deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
