Business Development Officer

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve sales targets.
• Identify, prospect, and convert new clients, increasing market share.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring customer retention.
• Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Product, and Operations) to enhance product offerings.
• Conduct market research, analyzing industry trends and competitor activity.
• Develop and deliver presentations, proposals, and pitches to clients and partners.
• Negotiate and close deals, ensuring profitable partnerships.
• Manage and report sales performance, tracking key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Provide product training and support to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing, preferably in Banking or similar financial services.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure, meeting deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
