Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
• Distributor Acquisition & Management: Identify, onboard, and manage distributors to scale the company’s payment products.
• Revenue Growth: Develop and execute business strategies to increase sales, market share, and profitability.
• Strategic Partnerships: Identify and establish collaborations with key partners, including banks, financial institutions, and merchants.
• Market Research & Analysis: Conduct research to uncover new business opportunities, track competitors, and assess market trends.
• Sales & Negotiation: Lead negotiations, close high-value deals, and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
• Performance Monitoring: Track business development KPIs, analyze sales performance, and optimize revenue generation strategies.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to align business strategies with company objectives.
• Industry Representation: Attend relevant events, conferences, and networking opportunities to build the company’s brand and expand business reach.
Requirements & Qualifications
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• At least 4 years’ experience in business development or sales, preferably in the FMCG, banking, or payment industry.
• Ability to analyze market trends and create data-driven sales strategies.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
• Strong understanding of market dynamics and customer needs.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
