Business Development Officer

Responsibilities:

• Quote and coordinate import/export shipment from Origin ( both air and sea freights) and deliver to Nigeria or countries desired by clients
• Processing of SON, Form M, and PAAR for the calculation of customs duties, custom entries, etc.
• Sending shipment updates using Excel spreadsheets or any method chosen by management
• Classification of import  items and allocation to the accurate HS code
• Tracking of vessels, flights, containers, or shipments, whether air or sea
• Prepare and tender bids
• Renewal of licenses, other permits,  and DPR permits
• Work hand in hand with the auditors and provide required documents to them
• Respond promptly to every quote, meet deadlines, and interface with clients.
• Procurements from countries of origin, invoicing, delivering shipment to end-users, and following up with payment.

Requirements:

• Good communication skills
• General office work, documentation, and logistics
• Computer literate
• Candidate willing to run the operations of DERA from the beginning to the end, ensuring clients' utmost satisfaction.
• One who figures things out and won't be constantly told what to do.
• The job description is not limited to other responsibilities that may benefit the company.
• Track records are required
• Seeking for an experienced candidate who has what it takes to run DERA
• Education is necessary but not mandatory.
• A good attitude and being a good fit is a must.

Remuneration: NGN 60,000 - 100,000
