Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage with potential clients through strategic outreach, networking, and targeted marketing campaigns.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understand their needs, and offer tailored property solutions, including the sale of Redef1ne properties and lands.
- Develop and implement effective business development strategies to drive growth and revenue, focusing on expanding our client base in the Nigerian diaspora.
- Conduct market research and surveys to identify emerging trends and opportunities within the Nigerian real estate industry, particularly for diaspora clients.
- Manage and track the sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-ups and closure of deals, Actively promote and sell Redef1ne's properties and land offerings to clients in the Nigerian and the diaspora
- Conduct property tours and presentations to showcase the value proposition of our properties.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals, ensuring optimal outcomes for the client and the company.
- Conduct thorough vetting of properties to ensure they meet Redef1ne's high standards of quality and investment potential.
- Work closely with the development team to ensure that properties are developed and delivered to the highest standards.
- Promote Redef1ne's agency and development services to clients in Nigeria, highlighting the value they bring to the real estate investment process.
- Educate clients on the benefits of investing in our ongoing Lands and properties in Nigeria, providing insights into market trends, investment opportunities, and regulatory considerations.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field in the real estate industry
- Strong understanding of the Nigerian real estate market, particularly for diaspora clients
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding expectations
