Responsibilities:
- Utilize your extensive network and market knowledge to identify potential business opportunities that align with our company's goals and offerings.
- Building Contacts: Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, influencers, and industry professionals in target markets.
- Leverage your network to generate leads and referrals.
- Lead negotiations, prepare and present proposals, and close deals in collaboration with the sales and executive teams.
- Ensure that contracts and agreements meet both parties' expectations.
- Work closely with internal teams to align business development efforts with overall company objectives.
Requirements:
- A degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in business development or sales, with a demonstrated track record of success in building Contacts and driving revenue growth.
- Strong sales acumen with the ability to identify client needs, present solutions effectively, negotiate deals, and close sales.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients and stakeholders at all levels.
- In-depth understanding of the market, industry trends, and competitive landscape. Ability to identify market gaps and propose innovative solutions to meet client needs.
- Proactive and target-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales goals.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, adapting to changing market conditions and customer requirements
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task.
- Excellent organizational and planning skills.
- Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.
- Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
