Job Title: Business Development Intern

Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers

Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

  • We are in search of a suitable candidate to take up the position of a Business Development Intern in our Port Harcourt office.
  • The Business Development Intern will support the business development team in identifying growth opportunities, conducting market research, and developing client relationships.
  • This role offers hands-on experience in sales, marketing, and business strategy, providing the intern with valuable insights into how companies expand and build client base.
  • The ideal candidate is eager to learn, proactive, and must have passion for business development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the business development team in identifying potential clients and business opportunities.
  • Develop and execute strategies to achieve business growth and expansion.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and industry contacts.
  • Maintain a pipeline of prospective clients and follow up to close deals.
  • Support in developing business proposals, presentations, and sales pitches to potential clients.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
  • Good research and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • A proactive, self-motivated culture, and the willingness to learn.
