With our next cohort starting soon, we are committed to expanding our reach and helping more professionals break into tech.


Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and self-motivated Business Development Officer to help drive enrollment growth for our product school. This is a fully remote, commission-based role ideal for someone with an entrepreneurial spirit, a talent for building relationships, and a passion for education and tech.


Responsibilities:

- Execute effective sales strategies to increase enrollment in our product school programs.

- Identify and engage prospective students through digital outreach, cold calls, and email campaigns.

- Build partnerships with companies and organizations, pitching One234tech’s product programs as training solutions for their staff.

- ⁠Assist in designing new program offerings to meet market demand and corporate client needs.

- ⁠Collaborate with the curriculum team to align product offerings with industry trends and corporate training requirements.⁠

- Develop partnerships with relevant organizations, communities, and influencers to widen our reach.

- Conduct market research to discover new growth opportunities and refine sales tactics.

- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to align on messaging, content, and campaigns for lead generation.

- Monitor sales metrics to assess performance and continuously optimize strategies.


Qualifications:

- Proven experience in sales, business development, or customer acquisition, ideally in an educational or tech-related field.

- Strong skills in relationship-building, negotiation, and communication.

- Knowledge of digital outreach and social media sales tactics.

- Ability to work independently, self-motivated, and results-oriented.

- Passion for tech education and helping people transition to new careers.
