Job Summary

Our company is poised to implement a series of projects in the Real estate, Leisure and hospitality space in Lagos and is looking for a Business Development Executive with project management experience.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
- Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
- Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
- Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives
- Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines
- Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices, etc.
- Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
- Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
Requirements:
- University degree with no less than Second Class from a reputable university
- At least 5 years of proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role, with a strong track record
- Strong presentation skills (writing, speaking)
- Strong ability with PowerPoint, Excel
- Strong ability to conduct research
- Proactive and self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset
- Strong interpersonal skills to build and nurture professional relationships
- Efficient and detailed reporting
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Some experience in Project Management will be a plus
