Job Summary

We are looking for a young, smart, female graduate to help Coordinate and implement marketing and sales strategies, generate targets, and close leads.

  • Minimum Qualification : Degree
  • Experience Level : Internship & Graduate
  • Experience Length : 1 year

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and implement sales strategies with other marketing and sales representatives.
  • Identify new incremental business opportunities in existing accounts and new territories.
  • Execution of marketing, advertising, and event promotions.
  • Interface with decision-makers daily.
  • Monitor active purchase orders and make sure that orders are completed on time.
  • Managing customer acquisition and upselling products and services.
  • Face-to-face sales and marketing of new products for our clients.
  • Participation in ongoing training camps on a bi-weekly basis.
  • Organize weekly sales presentations and ensure that all sales presentation materials are prepared before deadlines
  • Support sales team activities.
  • Helps detail, design, and implement marketing plans for each product or service being offered.
  • Maintains excellent relationships with clients through superior customer service.
  • Acquire new customers and information on how to improve products.
  • Ensure and keep a detailed database of both new and old clients.
  • Maintain up-to-date statutory documentation to enable clearance for sales of products and services.
  • Communicate actively with original equipment manufacturer on their products and ways to improve




Requirements:

  • 1 - 2 years of working experience
  • Resourceful problem solver.
  • Female Only candidates for gender balance
  • Ability to speak publicly with confidence and poise.
  • Must have the ability to prioritize, organize, and handle multiple tasks.
  • Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced corporate environment.
  • Resourceful and highly adaptive personality. A proactive problem-solver who can make independent decisions is a must.
  • Must be proactive and at times, work with minimal supervision.
  • Experience developing and maintaining close customer relationships.
  • Professionalism.
  • Strong technological skills.
  • Ability to meet targets and close sales promptly
  • Intermediate Knowledge of Google Workspace and Basic CRM software like Zoho CRM etc.

Remuneration: NGN 150,000.00

Location: Proximity to Lekki is important.
