Company Description
earlySTEMer is a dynamic platform dedicated to empowering children between the ages of 6 and 18 with practical technology skills, including Coding, Web Design, and Robotics. We offer personalised one-on-one virtual sessions with experienced tutors, engaging instructor-led Virtual Group Classes, and flexible Self-Paced plans. We’re expanding into the B2B space and seeking a dynamic Business Development Representative to help us build partnerships with schools, NGOs, organisations, and governments.
Role Description
As the Business Development Representative, you will drive earlySTEMer’s growth by identifying new business opportunities, securing partnerships, and negotiating deals with schools, NGOs, corporations, and government bodies. You will be responsible for packaging our services to meet the unique needs of these partners and securing sponsorships for our coding programs. Your strategic thinking and relationship-building skills will be essential in expanding our reach and impact.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or partnership management, preferably within the education or technology sectors
- Ability to create compelling proposals and presentations
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Sales and Business Development experience
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of the education or tech industry is a plus
- A strong network in education, NGOs, government bodies, or corporate CSR departments is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, or a related field
