Job Summary

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company’s client base.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, target audiences, and potential business partners.
  • Generate leads through various channels, including networking, outbound calls, emails, and social media engagement.
  • Qualify leads and schedule meetings or product demonstrations for senior sales representatives.
  • Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to execute business development strategies.
  • Manage and update the CRM system to track leads, sales progress, and client interactions.
  • Deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of market developments.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 4-5 years of proven experience in business development, sales, or lead generation, preferably within the geospatial or technology sector.
  • Demonstrated success in identifying and securing new business opportunities.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software for tracking and managing sales activities.
  • Strong analytical abilities with experience in data analysis and performance metrics.
  • Familiarity with lead-generation tools (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo) is a plus.
  • Ability to develop and deliver compelling sales presentations tailored to client needs.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time-management skills
