The Fashion Future Program (FFP) empowers young fashion entrepreneurs, especially women, by providing access to training, mentorship, and market opportunities in garment, footwear, and leatherwork sectors. We are seeking a proactive BDSP Officer to provide hands-on business development support to MSMEs in the fashion industry. This role focuses on enabling growth strategies, opening up market access, and connecting businesses with financial and collaborative opportunities.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Design and execute business growth strategies tailored to MSMEs
- Identify new markets, customer segments, and expansion opportunities
- Foster strong relationships with MSMEs, service providers, and stakeholders
- Facilitate strategic partnerships, networking events, and sales initiatives
- Monitor progress, track KPIs, and provide data-driven improvement plans
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Economics, or a related fiel
- 3–5 years’ experience in business development, financial inclusion, or market access (experience in consulting or banking is an added advantage)
- Strong communication, analytical, and strategic thinking skills
- Proven experience supporting MSMEs or startups to scale operations
- Must reside in Aba or a nearby state, or be willing to relocate
Location: Aba, Abia State, Nigeria
Remuneration: NGN 200,000 – 300,000
Relocation Note: Candidates who are willing to relocate to Aba are encouraged to apply.
Accommodation: While accommodation will be provided for the first 3 months, there will be no relocation allowance.
