Job Description/Requirements

The ideal candidate will drive the establishment's business process and contribute to its financial success by diversifying sales channels, developing business relationships, and managing correspondence in the Kano office.


The objective is to increase revenue and achieve the highest standards in the firm's business operations.

The Candidate will implement strategies and processes to take sales and revenue generation to a new high.


We are looking for a professional with valuable experience and maturity who takes responsibility and drives sales in an offline and online capacity while upholding the firm's standards in its operational engagements. The ideal candidate should fit the establishment's established culture in terms of discipline, value, and work ethic.


The candidate must reside in Kano state.


Responsibilities

  • Build Effective Relationships with Associates, Peers, and Supervisors to Develop a High-Performing Team
  • Analyze market and industry forecasts to make strategic decisions to drive results.
  • Open new channels and new routes to market.
  • Fulfilling obligations by achieving sales targets.
  • Astute with Content Creation and Articles.
  • Task Monitoring and Supervision.
  • Oversee collation from the field and Client Onboarding.
  • Ability to translate English into Hausa Language.


Qualifications and demands.

  • A University Degree.
  • At least 3 years' Experience in a Related Capacity.
  • Strong Verbal and Written Communication Skills
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft applications.
  • Ability to give detailed sales reports.
  • Presentation Skills.
  • Social and Outgoing.
  • Technical Skills.
  • Ability to work with minimum supervision.
  • Ability to read and write Arabic.


Compensation

Salary of N110,000 and Bonus.
