  • Develop proposals and negotiate partnership agreements to achieve mutual benefits.
  • Act as the primary liaison between the company and strategic partners.


Business Development:

  • Create and execute business development plans aligned with company goals.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue and market share.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop innovative offerings that meet market demands.


Market Expansion:

  • Develop strategies to enter new markets and expand the company’s footprint.
  • Oversee the implementation of market entry plans and evaluate their success.
  • Monitor and report on market dynamics to ensure adaptability and relevance.


Performance Monitoring:

  • Set KPIs and track progress against business development goals.
  • Prepare regular reports and presentations for management on market insights and partnership outcomes.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in business development, market research, and strategic partnerships.
  • Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to build and sustain relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders.
  • Fluent in English language
