Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
Market Research & Strategy:
- Identify and analyze market trends to uncover new business opportunities.
- Develop growth strategies aligned with the company’s goals and product roadmap.
Lead Generation & Outreach:
- Prospect and qualify leads using digital tools, email campaigns, and networking.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of potential clients and partners.
Client Engagement:
- Establish and maintain relationships with new and existing clients.
- Conduct virtual presentations and product demos tailored to client needs.
Partnership Development:
- Identify strategic partnerships and negotiate agreements to enhance product distribution and adoption.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver value to partners.
Performance Analysis:
- Monitor and report on KPIs, including lead conversion rates, revenue growth, and client satisfaction.
- Use data insights to refine strategies and improve outcomes.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in business development, sales, or product growth.
- Strong understanding of the tech industry, SaaS, or digital services.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and lead generation platforms.
- Results-driven mindset with the ability to work independently.
Additional skills:
- Familiarity with software development, AI, or staffing solutions.
- Experience working remotely with a global team.
- Demonstrated ability to scale a product or service in a competitive market.
