Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:


Market Research & Strategy:

  • Identify and analyze market trends to uncover new business opportunities.
  • Develop growth strategies aligned with the company’s goals and product roadmap.


Lead Generation & Outreach:

  • Prospect and qualify leads using digital tools, email campaigns, and networking.
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of potential clients and partners.


Client Engagement:

  • Establish and maintain relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Conduct virtual presentations and product demos tailored to client needs.


Partnership Development:

  • Identify strategic partnerships and negotiate agreements to enhance product distribution and adoption.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver value to partners.


Performance Analysis:

  • Monitor and report on KPIs, including lead conversion rates, revenue growth, and client satisfaction.
  • Use data insights to refine strategies and improve outcomes.



Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in business development, sales, or product growth.
  • Strong understanding of the tech industry, SaaS, or digital services.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and lead generation platforms.
  • Results-driven mindset with the ability to work independently.


Additional skills:

  • Familiarity with software development, AI, or staffing solutions.
  • Experience working remotely with a global team.
  • Demonstrated ability to scale a product or service in a competitive market.
