Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve sales targets
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, research, and cold calling
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized solutions
- Negotiate and close deals
- Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools
