We urgently require a highly motivated Business Development Specialist to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, drive revenue growth, and expand our client base.

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve sales targets
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, research, and cold calling
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized solutions
  • Negotiate and close deals
  • Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools
