Job Summary

We are looking for a results-driven Business Development Strategist to help drive growth and expand our market presence, identify and secure new business opportunities, build and maintain client relationships, and develop sales strategies that align with the company’s growth objectives. This role requires a proactive approach to lead generation, client engagement, and market analysis to expand our real estate portfolio.

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation: Identify new business opportunities and partnerships through market research, networking, and outreach.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and execute sales strategies to increase revenue, target potential clients, and meet sales goals.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong relationships with new and existing clients, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Market Analysis: Analyze market trends, competitors, and emerging opportunities in the real estate sector to provide actionable insights.
  • Proposal Development: Create compelling business proposals and presentations to secure new deals.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and operations teams to align sales efforts with broader company objectives.
  • Reporting: Track and report on sales metrics, targets, and forecasts, providing regular updates to management.






Requirements:

  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role within the real estate or property sector.
  • Strong understanding of real estate market dynamics and trends.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, real estate, or a related field.
  • Experience in commercial or residential real estate sales.
  • Existing network of real estate clients and industry contacts.
