Job Summary

We are looking to hire a suitable candidate to fill this position. A business strategist is responsible for developing strategic plans that will help improve an organization to reach its goals and targets and improve profitability. You will analyze existing business strategies and practices and provide recommendations for improvements.

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Implement corrections on the products and operations of Poise Nigeria.
  • Develop and manage program, curriculum and expanding long tail of partnerships exponentially.
  • Lead and manage large clients and prospects’ responses to ensure corporate objectives for profitability, sustainability, and operational delivery objectives are meet.
  • Deliver CRM plan for Poise Nigeria.
  • Plan on strategies to ensure and maintain Poise’s visibility and presence in the market.
  • Guide Poise products and new innovations through stage gate and design review to secure a successful implementation.
  • Plan, execute and evaluate ROI of all BD initiatives to attract, retain and expand a loyal client base.
  • Develop and supervise Poise’s sales and marketing programs, products, and promotions target to B2C and B2B customers to increase brand awareness.
  • Provide detail activity reports and measurement criteria to ensure all efforts result in maximum ROI and efficiency.
  • Work on process development and scale up for all SBU’s.
  • Develop an interactive strategy and operational plans for integrate relationship marketing initiatives for high profile B2C and B2B clients.
  • Observe for any risk and managing any of such.

Qualification:

  • Bachelor's or master’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or a relevant field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in Business strategy or Business development.
  • Certification in project management is an added advantage.
  • Applicants with experience in branding, marketing, or in a leadership position.
