Responsibilities
- Develop and execute effective marketing strategies to drive business growth, expand brand visibility, and enhance market presence in Nigeria and across the African media landscape.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create sales campaigns, promotional materials, and client proposals aligned with C3 Pictures’ vision and goals.
- Identify, generate, and nurture leads to drive corporate sales and revenue, actively seeking new business opportunities.
- Develop and manage a sales pipeline to consistently achieve or exceed revenue targets.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, corporate partners, and industry stakeholders to foster loyalty and maximize brand positioning.
- Serve as the main point of contact for key clients, ensuring satisfaction and addressing any issues promptly.
- Analyze market trends and track sales performance data to inform strategic decisions.
- Prepare and present regular reports on business development progress and sales performance to the executive team.
- Drive growth for C3 Academy by generating leads and converting sales for the Academy's digital products, programs, and workshops.
- Design initiatives to promote C3 Pictures’ educational offerings, enhancing the Academy’s reputation and reach.
- Create strategic initiatives to elevate the C3 Pictures brand and position the CEO as a thought leader within the African media industry.
- Develop and maintain an understanding of C3 Pictures’ unique selling propositions, aligning messaging and outreach to strengthen the brand's influence.
- Lead large-scale sales and marketing initiatives with a goal of tripling annual revenue by 2025, ensuring that strategies are effectively implemented and goals are met.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar role, ideally within the media, creative, or entertainment industries.
- Expertise in developing and executing strategies that drive revenue, enhance brand visibility, and capture new market opportunities.
- Ability to engage clients, deliver presentations, and close deals with a persuasive and professional approach.
- Demonstrated success in building and managing strong client and partner relationships that foster brand loyalty.
- Strong skills in data analysis to inform decisions, with experience in generating performance reports and adjusting strategies as needed.
- Familiarity with digital product sales, particularly in educational or program-driven industries, with a focus on lead generation and conversions.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive approach to identifying challenges, solving problems, and developing new ideas that advance sales goals.
