- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their inquiries, and concerns, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Sales Targets: Meet and exceed sales targets, contributing to the overall success of the sales team and the company.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team, marketing, and other departments to coordinate efforts and contribute to the achievement of organizational goals.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
- 1 year of proven experience in sales, preferably in real estate or a related industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-focused with a passion for delivering excellent service.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a drive to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Familiarity with real estate industry practices and regulations is an asset.
