Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring a seamless and efficient workflow.
- Manage and lead a team to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate to maintain optimal stock levels.
- Implement effective visual merchandising strategies to enhance the store's appeal.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Uphold company policies and standards, fostering a positive work environment.
Requirements:
- 5-10 years of relevant experience in a managerial role.
- Experience with working with retail stores or supermarkets is a plus.
- Knowledge of inventory management and sales analysis.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software.
- Able to work with others and lead a team.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, commitment, and dedication to work.
- A degree in Business, Retail Management, or a related field is a plus.
