We host private parties, bridal showers, office bonding parties, date nights, family painting sessions, and corporate events. Our platform aims to foster bonding among friends, colleagues, couples, and families through the paint and sip experience. We also sell art materials and merchandise and provide a unique restaurant space for these activities.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Manager at JUST PAINT LTD in Lekki. The Business Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing finances, developing strategies to drive business growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction. They will also be involved in marketing initiatives, staff management, and maintaining relationships with vendors and clients.
Qualifications
- Financial management, budgeting, and forecasting skills
- Business development and event planning experience
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Marketing, Social Media savvy and sales experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in the hospitality or events industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
