The Business Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing various aspects of our business operations, including sales, marketing, product development, and financial performance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the makeup/beauty industry.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
- Complete business administration and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
- Oversee business operations.
- Manage Inventory.
- Website management (sales orders, pricing and items)
- Manage order dispatching.
- Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards.
- Deal with all issues that arise from staff or customers (complaints, grievances, etc).
- Be a shining example of good behavior and high performance
- Be a middle-man between staff and the Managing Director
- Provide accurate information about products, services, pricing, promotions, policies, and procedures. Address customer inquiries promptly and professionally, either in person or through various communication channels.
- Identify and resolve customer problems or concerns in a proactive and timely manner.
- Offer creative solutions or alternatives to address customer needs and ensure a positive experience.
Requirements:
- Proven work experience in the Beauty industry
- Powerful leading skills and business orientation

- Strong organizational skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- BSc degree in Business Administration or relevant field
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software applications.
- Basic Knowledge with social media.
