We are seeking an experienced and dynamic event centre business manager to oversee the operations and strategic growth of our event centre located in Lagos. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations, developing and implementing business strategies to drive revenue growth, and building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
· Develop and implement business development strategies to drive revenue growth, increase market share, and expand the center's offerings.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
· Manage all maintenance and repairs of the venue grounds, property, equipment, and facilities.
· Ensure that the venue and facilities are clean and organized.
· Manage all bookings for events and liaise with the clients to determine event requirements.
· Negotiate with clients.
· Supervise all staff, including cleaners, event staff, and maintenance personnel.
· Schedule and coordinate the rental of sound equipment, decorations, furniture, and other venue equipment.
· Liaise with catering services and supervise their requirements and logistics.
· Supervise the operations of events and tend to any incidents or queries.
· Manage all administrative tasks, such as booking schedules and invoicing.
· Communicate and enforce all security regulations and protocols.
Requirements
· A minimum of 5 years of experience in event management.
· HND/Bachelor's degree holder with a minimum of 2:1 in any social science discipline.
· Ability to multitask and remain calm in stressful situations.
· Social media savvy.
· Excellent supervision skills.
· Excellent promotional ability and knowledge of marketing channels and techniques.

· Great interpersonal and communication abilities.
· Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
