Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring a seamless and efficient workflow.
  • Manage and lead a team to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate to maintain optimal stock levels.
  • Implement effective visual merchandising strategies to enhance the store's appeal.
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Uphold company policies and standards, fostering a positive work environment.



Requirements:

  • 5-10 years of relevant experience in a managerial role.
  • Experience with working with retail stores or supermarkets is a plus.
  • Knowledge of inventory management and sales analysis.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software.
  • Able to work with others and lead a team.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, commitment, and dedication to work.
  • A degree in Business, Retail Management, or a related field is a plus.
  • A proactive attitude with problem-solving capabilities.
